Aosta Market

In the heart of the Italian Alps, the Aosta Valley is famous for its craft products that perpetuate ancestral farming know-how.

The Aosta markets are the perfect place to discover these culinary treasures. In Piazza Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto, Aosta’s markets open their doors every day except Sunday. The traditional market of Aosta gathers numerous stalls around the halls on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Other local markets take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. On the second Sunday of each month a farmers’ market is also organized (the Tsaven Campagna Amica), a privileged moment to meet the producers of the valley.

Pré Saint-Didier

At the foot of Mont Blanc, the thermal baths of the Saint-Didier meadow date back to 1834. They make the reputation of this town nestled on the riverside at 1000 meters above sea level.
